NB: Yes, this is what i expected from her 😎
Wondering why she’s not in the front raw of UNI+ and was not present in both 1st and 2nd team which were dancing on KBS shows.. She can sing (and good as i remember from her solos outside of Spica) and she’s very good in visuals esp when working with good make-up/style-maker staff (i remember she was the 1st person getting my attentsion in 1st Spica banners)
она на первом месте только потому, что ее пропиарили в серии. там есть куча тех, кто лучше нее
Jiwon ruleZ 8-P

может она просто старше всех там (предположение просто)
У них же там возраст играет определенную роль.
как возраст влияет на корейские голоса?))
As far as the show goes, she dosn’t deserve to be on that spot, she’s not the complete package.
But , hey, this is KBS, this is not a show for the search of the better members for that unit, but a show where KBS want to put the members they want on, rigged with evil editing and certain members screen time.
Those are viewer vote rankings. The rankings are essentially a popularity contest like P101, and they will factor into the final results. And the reason why she wasn’t the ‘Center’ of the music video is because her team only placed third for the music video mission. Only the 1st and 2nd place teams got to perform live on the music shows. The teams also don’t stay the same throughout the show. They will change up as they do new missions. Only the top 9 contestants will make it into the final lineup of this show’s temporary girl group and Jiwon has been 1st place since the votings opened to the public, so I wouldn’t worry too much about her getting eliminated. She’s already getting plenty of attention from viewers.
I really like this show and I recommend you guys watch it,
so far my favorites are hyunjoo, suji and NC.A,
check also the fancams on naver ‘유닛G 직캠’
I Like that melody day girl ( Cha hee ?),
her visual and vocal are quite nice.
A few years ago Spica members were not so mature, but this didn’t help. Imho they had all things to win, but why it didn’t happened, i don’t know, maybe Lee Hyori did take all the luck in her young years 😎
While it’s true that having a greater number of female fans seem to be a reoccurring demographic in popular groups, I don’t think that’s the only reason for their appeal. We have to realize that the current Kpop market is just too saturated and competition is as high as ever. Spica had all the qualities of a great girl group and also the potential of becoming popular, but so were many other girl groups. Not everyone can become popular. There are only so much groups people can support. Then you have the issue with age. Once idols start inching closer to their 30th birthday, they become less and less marketable to the Kpop audience as it is largely made up of people in their 10’s and early 20’s. Spica had already hit that stage in age during their final years, so their chances of becoming popular as idols practically disappeared. That’s just the sad truth. In the end, it really all comes down to a combination of talent, visuals, timing, and most importantly, luck. Or just get into a big company with lots of money and power in the industry.
